 4 ft. x 4 ft gelatin silver mural print, and installation of four panels, each panel comprised of 49 7" x 7" mixed medium boxes with encaustic wax, gelatin silver prints, gelatin silver prints dyed with chlorophyll, coffee, tea, and/or wine, C-prints, dirt and various debris. (Installation now in permanent collection of Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine)

New World Dictionary of the American Language, Second College Edition defines the following words as:

Defiance n. 1. the act of defying; open, bold resistance to opposition 2. a challenge… – in defiance of 1. defying 2. in spite of opposition.

Tree n. 1. a woody perennial plant with one main stem or trunk which develops many branches, usually at some height above the ground… -- vt. Treed, tree’-ing  3. to corner, as if chased up a tree; place in a difficult position in a situation; cornered.

Season n. 1. any of the four arbitrary divisions of the year, characterized chiefly by differences in temperature, precipitation, amount of daylight, and plant growth; spring, summer, fall (autumn), or winter… 3. the time when something specified flourishes, develops, takes place, is popular, permitted, or is at its best…
