These photos were taken from inside my living room, through a window. Looking out of the window after a long day at work and exhausted, I watched as neighbors drove past, stopping at the stop sign on our corner. I don't know where they were going, and I don't know when they returned, but I saw them stop and thought about my longing to do the same - to stop and rest from the day, to spend time with the people and things truly important, and to just breathe.
